MP Motorsport has worked flat out with the team in the past couple of years, to help talents reach their goals. MP’s done this by giving them the best possible equipment and support. As it is known, motorsport is an expensive sport. This meant it could be difficult for drivers to provide funding for a complete season. MP want to change this by approaching this matter differently.
With a new branding, including a new logo and livery, MP Motorsport is entering a new era. They are bringing back Dutch glory by focusing on the color orange. In collaboration with Superrebel, MP wants to inspire new talents and build new relationships. Relationships that can give talents with a smaller budget a chance to prove themselves on track. The ambition of the team is to accelerate talent.
“I found the inspiration for this livery from older generations of MP Motorsport cars.”
Bink Design
The team was founded in 1994, and since that moment has always had the same logo. A logo they have won races with, faced difficult times, and have won championships with. After 28 years it’s time for a new, fresh logo, which visualizes the beginning of our new era. An era where we want to support our talents on all fronts and thus accelerate their talent.
MP Motorsport has not only changed their logo and strategy, but they have also designed a completely new livery in collaboration with Bink Design. The livery is inspired by the triangular shapes in our new logo. The arrows visualize the previously mentioned speeding up. “I found the inspiration for this livery from older generations of MP Motorsport cars,” indicates Bink. “We really wanted to aim for a real, but modern style. One that completely fits the accelerating talent idea. The livery has to fit with the story behind the team and the new branding.”
You can find the new livery on our Formula 2, FRECA, and Formula 4 cars. Our Formula 3 team will again drive in the colors of Alpine, because of our good cooperation with the Alpine Academy.
