René Lammers, one of the brightest young Dutch racing talents, has officially signed with A14 Management, the agency co-founded by two-time Formula 1 World Champion Fernando Alonso. The 17-year-old Zandvoort native, son of former F1 driver and Dutch Grand Prix Sporting Director Jan Lammers, is currently competing in the Spanish Formula 4 Championship with MP Motorsport and is emerging as a frontrunner in his second season of single-seaters.
After a highly successful karting career, René stepped into formula cars in 2023. His rookie season in Spanish F4 came with its share of ups and downs, but in 2024 he has established himself as a consistent contender for victories. With two race wins so far this year, he sits third in the championship standings—just one point behind second place.
Until now, René’s career had been guided by his parents, Jan and Mariska, but the partnership with A14 Management marks a new chapter. The agency, which also represents drivers such as Sauber F1’s Gabriel Bortoleto, Formula 2 racer Josep Maria Martí, and Formula 3’s Nikola Tsolov, praised Lammers for both his talent and character.

“René Lammers is a genuine young man with deeply rooted values such as resilience, perseverance, dedication, and passion for the sport we all love,” said A14 Management. “His work ethic is exceptional. He is a team player, a leader, and someone who is always open to listening and learning. These are exactly the values we look for in every A14 driver, and why he belongs in our family.”
René himself expressed his excitement about the move: “Becoming part of the A14 family is not only a huge opportunity in motorsport, but it also means joining a community that shares the same passion, vision, and drive for excellence. This will help me and my team achieve great things in the future.”
His father, Jan Lammers, added: “There is still a lot to learn and achieve, but with the focus on competence rather than pretension, this partnership provides a strong platform from which we can continue to build towards the next level in René’s development.”
With the support of A14 Management and the guidance of Alonso’s experienced team, René Lammers now takes the next step in his promising career, aiming to follow in the footsteps of the many successful drivers managed by the Spanish legend.
